There are many kinds of minds.
One may have an angry mind…
One may have a sad mind,
One may have a judgmental mind, a victim’s mind, an optimistic mind, a pessimistic mind, a fearful mind, and so forth.
Actually, each mind in one way or another consists of all of the above and more.
Whatever kind of a mind one has, in order to be at peace and stay in balance, one has to find a way to go beyond one’s mind.
Mind is an instrument and if not used correctly it is a source of all kind of troubles.
One should practice awareness of one’s own mind, and process one’s thoughts and feelings.
By doing so your mind no longer limits you.
In the light of awareness the darkness is dissipated and thing becomes clear and serene.
