A Sense of Wisdom comes when we are being mindful.
Being mindful of ourselves may lead us to the understanding that we cannot avoid or escape ourselves and we must learn to live with ourselves.
Being mindful of ourselves may reveal to us the strangeness and elusiveness of that thing we call ourselves.
A Sense of Wisdom is the understanding that we cannot shake the sense of being ourselves.
A Sense of Wisdom is the understanding that we cannot get rid of or ignore ourselves.
We cannot walk out on our state of affairs because our state of affairs walks with us.
There is only one thing to do and that is to deal with ourselves and try to find a way to reconcile whatever is within us.
Otherwise we can be a victim of uninvited guests in the form of unpleasant emotions,
Or a victim of the conspiracy of selfishness within ourselves, of our inability to let go.
When we are not mindful of ourselves, wisdom may sound like a platitude.
